Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Strategy & Operations team seeks to achieve revenue growth and drive operational excellence and efficiency for our sellers. The team’s key objectives include driving the planning behind our biggest strategic programs and increasing our sales velocity through implementing sales efficiency across our Global Field teams. We are looking for a sales strategy manager to accelerate our Education segment strategy and execution.
A successful candidate for this role is an expert at extracting insights from data and converting ideas into action. They will have robust experience in sales or global strategy and translating product strategy into scalable sales plans in the SaaS B2B customer space. This includes creating and implementing segmentation and sales engagement models, as well as developing annual strategic plans across sales and go‑to‑market (GTM) functions. Results include delivering annual segmentation, mapping sales plays to our customers, and enabling the field to generate revenue. Additional outcomes include owning critical initiatives through to execution, and packaging and delivering sound recommendations to the Field and Global Sales Strategy & Operations Leadership. The role requires partnering and influencing various areas of the organization, including GTM and sales leadership.
