SF Partners are delighted to be supporting a large, international organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner into a high-profile, commercially focused role supporting multiple business units.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to a Finance Director, you will take ownership of management accounting, financial accounting, and business partnering activity across a portfolio of projects.
- This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior operational stakeholders to drive performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide finance support and challenge to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful analysis on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Oversee financial accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations and audit compliance.
- Monitor operating and capital expenditure.
- Ensure accurate treatment of revenue and costs in line with reporting requirements.
- Produce clear, value-adding reporting to support decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- Strong business partnering or commercial finance experience.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong systems skills (ERP experience beneficial).
