Group Accountant

Group Accountant: 3 - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract, Send, Woking, Surrey

The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and background.

The Group Accountant will consolidate and analyse financial results for assigned Group legal entities, ensure compliance with Group standards, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong background in stock, WIP, and manufacturing accounting
• Proven experience in multi‑entity consolidations
• Comfortable dealing with messy or unclear data, backlogs, and process gaps
• Demonstrated ability to stabilise processes quickly
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capability
• Experience with ERP systems and working in change environments

Benefits

This is a full‑time, 3‑6 month fixed term contract, 36 hours per week and the standard staff working hours are applicable – Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:15 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch break, with flexibility on the start and finish times in line with the Company's core working hours policy.
