Base pay range

Group Accountant | Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Study Support | Central London

A leading Investment Management firm is hiring for a part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with around 1-2 years’ experience to join a high-performing Group Finance team in London.

You’ll gain exposure across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and regulatory compliance, working closely with senior finance leaders and colleagues across global offices. It’s a genuine development role, perfect for someone ambitious, analytical, and ready to build a long-term career in finance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets for a global group of entities
• Preparing variance analysis and consolidated reports for senior stakeholders
• Assisting with group audits, cashflow and treasury reporting
• Partnering with overseas finance teams on IFRS and reporting queries
• Getting involved in ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Ideally trained in audit or financial accounting and ready to make the move into industry
• Strong Excel and analytical skills, with great attention to detail
• A confident communicator, comfortable working with senior finance stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
