Role Summary

This role sits in a highly successful disputes and litigation department led by partners who are consistently ranked in the Legal 500 for their expertise and service. The department seeks a disputes solicitor with a background in Civil litigation to join their close-knit, experienced team. The work is varied and includes general civil and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, land and property actions, debt recovery, and more. The role offers an interesting mix of litigation work with clear prospects for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied civil and commercial disputes caseload, including landlord and tenant disputes, land and property actions, and debt recovery.
• Provide high-quality client service and support the partners in delivering litigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Civil litigation background with experience in disputes matters.
• Solid knowledge of general civil and commercial dispute resolution processes.
