TSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a leading, well-established law firm with a strong presence across the South West. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Legal Executive or Senior Fee‑Earning Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Client team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive department, handling a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters. You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while also working alongside experienced practitioners on more complex cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of private client files from instruction to completion
• Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Delivering high levels of client care and building long‑term relationships
• Assisting with more complex matters as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Legal Executive (CILEx) or an experienced Paralegal with fee‑earning responsibility
• Demonstrable experience within Private Client law
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach
