Head of Creative - Beauty

A luxury beauty brand is looking for an inspiring Head of Creative to join their London Head Office.

You will oversee the in-house design studio; Your primary focus will be on efficiently planning, resourcing, and delivering all visual assets across digital, packaging, retail, and marketing channels. This role requires a blend of art direction, team management, workflow coordination, and creative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative project pipeline
• Manage internal traffic flow
• Lead weekly creative production meetings
• Produce and art direct photoshoots
• Review and approve final designs

Requirements

• Experience in a Head of Creative role
• Beauty experience is essential
• Strong leadership skills
• Happy to be hands-on with design when needed
