SAP Transport Management Function Consultant

The Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP TM solutions to support end‑to‑end transportation and logistics processes. Experience with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is an added advantage. This role requires strong functional knowledge, stakeholder communication, and the ability to work in fast‑paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TM processes within an S/4HANA landscape.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure TM components such as freight order management, planning, carrier selection, charge calculation, and freight settlement.
• Integrate SAP TM with other modules (MM, SD, LE, FI) and external logistics systems.
• Support transportation planning & execution, order management, and inbound/outbound logistics flows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize transportation workflows and resolve issues.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support cutover activities.
• Provide production support and continuous process improvements post‑go‑live.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams; EWM experience will be useful for warehouse‑related logistics integration.
