Job Title: Director, Social Media
We are building a B2B challenger brand that stands out in enterprise tech. Social is a powerful stage for our point of view, leadership credibility, and for influencing buyers, partners, and talent. This role exists to ensure we show up with confidence, clarity, and impact. You will own the global social media strategy for Concentrix, unifying a complex ecosystem of corporate, regional, local, and executive channels into one distinctive, intelligent brand voice. This is not a channel management role; it is about influence, reputation, and shaping how the brand is experienced on leading social channels. The mandate is simple: build something differentiated, make it visible, and ensure the brand leads with authority.
What you will do in this role: lead the global social media strategy, build influence at scale, drive performance and insight, create a scalable global operating model, push creative and cultural relevance, and build and lead the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Global Social Media Strategy: Define and deliver a global social media strategy across corporate, regional, local and executive channels.
- Translate corporate strategy, product innovation, and leadership thinking into social content people actually want to follow, share, and discuss.
- Establish a clear, challenger-brand voice that is consistent globally but culturally fluent locally.
- Set standards for how Concentrix shows up with confidence, credibility, human, and distinctive.
- Build Influence at Scale: Lead executive and ambassador social programs that build authentic visibility and thought leadership.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to shape narratives and elevate their presence online and in their circles of influence.
- Ensure social content strengthens brand credibility with buyers, partners, and talent.
- Drive Performance and Insight: Own social listening, insights, and performance reporting across the global ecosystem.
- Move beyond vanity metrics to understand impact on brand perception, reputation, and commercial outcomes.
- Use insight to continuously refine strategy, content formats, and channel focus.
- Create a Scalable Global Operating Model: Evolve governance, playbooks, and operating systems that enable speed without sacrificing quality.
- Align more than 200 global handles under a shared strategic framework.
- Collaborate with regional teams to balance global consistency with local relevance.
- Push Creative and Cultural Relevance: Monitor emerging platforms, formats, and cultural trends, and act early.
- Encourage experimentation, innovation, and smart risk-taking.
- Ensure social content reflects a challenger mindset and earns attention in crowded feeds.
- Build and Lead the Team: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global social media team.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Product, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Set a high bar for originality, quality, and impact.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Native English speaker with exceptional editorial standards.
- Significant experience leading social media strategy within a global enterprise organization.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology, services, or intelligent solutions environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex, multi-market social ecosystems.
- Experience working closely with senior executives and influencing at leadership level.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect insight to action.
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization.
- Deep understanding of social formats, culture, pacing, and tone.
Nice to Have
- Experience across both B2B and consumer or agency environments.
- Exposure to executive thought leadership or ambassador programs at scale.
- Experience evolving governance models in large, decentralized organizations.
- International experience and strong cultural fluency.
