This is your opportunity to shape the digital voice of West Dean College - an internationally recognised centre for arts, design, craft and conservation set within the breathtaking South Downs National Park, with a London campus home to the prestigious KLC School of Design.

Job title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: West Dean, West Sussex (PO18 0QZ)

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Holiday: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays

What you will be doing

• Optimise website content, structure and UX to improve engagement and conversion
• Drive SEO performance through keyword research, on-page improvements and testing
• Create and launch engaging email campaigns and automated journeys
• Support and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
• Analyse performance data (GA4 and other tools) to uncover insights and recommend improvements
• Monitor online reviews and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve

You will play a key role in ensuring our digital activity is insight-led, commercially effective and continuously improving.

About you

If you are creative, organised and confident working with data and enjoy balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail and take pride in delivering work that performs -then this is the role made for you!

You will thrive if you have:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, UX and digital best practice
• Confidence using analytics platforms (GA4), CMS and email marketing systems
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
