What We Are Looking For

At OMNIA Training, we’ve brought together some of the UK’s most innovative defence training organisations into a single consortium to delivery one powerful mission: to transform the British Army’s training system and create the best-trained Army in the world.

OMNIA Training will redefine the British Army’s collective training, standing up as the Army’s Strategic Training Partner. To do that, we are looking for the best and brightest minds from across the UK. We are backed by British innovation and powered by world‑class experts, like you.

OMNIA Training is primed by Raytheon UK, but all five partners (Raytheon, Rheinmetall, Capita, Skyral and Cervus) are key to delivering the scope of the contract.

Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the training delivery aspect of the contract meaning that you will be at the front and centre of British Army training.

This is more than a job — it’s a mission. You will be part of a high-impact, collaborative environment, where we expect everyone to live the values and standards of the British Army. Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA Training’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.

As the Composing Service Lead you will deliver scenarios that support realistic, relevant and challenging training for Combined Arms Manoeuvre (CAM) in a Combined, Joint, Intra‑governmental, Interagency, Multinational (CJIIM) context, and that are consistent across Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) environments.

You will own the technical roadmap for LVC scenario evolution, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure our training products keep pace with Army doctrine, emerging threats, and coalition interoperability requirements. Your leadership will directly shape the Army’s readiness for tomorrow’s conflicts.

By fusing operational insight with technological innovation, this role shapes the realism, relevance, and reach of British Army exercises—ensuring strategic readiness across the force and with our global partners.
