ADP is hiring a Product Manager, Payroll Experience to join the mid-market HCM product team.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Product Manager, Payroll Experience to help us in shaping the future of our mid-market payroll solutions.

As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for re-imagining the payroll user experience leveraging advanced technologies to shape our future, elevate client experience, boost productivity and meet the needs of the next generation of users. You will have a strong understanding of payroll solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful product lifecycles.

In this role you will;

To thrive in this role, you must take command of your product, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand product delivery cycles. You have experience explaining the prioritization of a product roadmap, creating that roadmap, and documenting in a way that both external and internal teams will understand. You have held roles where you regularly communicate and defend ideas to a broad audience of stakeholders.
