We are looking for a confident, passionate and strategic Engagement & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in HR, Organisational Development (OD) and Transformation directorate. The Engagement & Wellbeing Team leads on employee engagement, HR & OD internal communications, and employee health and wellbeing. This is a critical time for the Council, as we shape the council together with our colleagues. The team is central to this work ensuring colleagues are heard, supported and informed as we continue our improvement journey.
As our Engagement & Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll lead the operational change in delivering innovative engagement strategies and internal communications that truly connect with our people. From staff surveys and frontline events to internal communications and champion networks — you’ll be at the heart of shaping a thriving, inclusive culture.
