Role Overview
The PLM Manager is responsible for leading, governing, and continuously enhancing the organisation's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability. The role ensures that Design Data Manager (DDM), SolidWorks CAD, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) function together as a cohesive, dependable, and auditable system.
Operating within a regulated environment, the manager ensures that product data flows accurately and seamlessly from initial concept through to release, manufacturing, ongoing support, and end‑of‑life. This enables strong cross‑functional collaboration, safeguards data integrity, and supports efficient delivery of products.
