What will you do as Digital Growth Manager
- Lead and develop a digital team of two, driving performance and capability.
- Create and deliver growth strategies aligned to client commercial goals and budgets.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimise strategies based on data and results.
- Ensure SEO activity is fully integrated with paid media and conversion strategies.
- Maintain high quality control, ensuring all outputs are structured and aligned to best practice.
- Manage clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
What will you need to be the Digital Growth Manager
- Calm, focused and results-driven approach to delivering objectives.
- Proven experience leading or supervising marketing teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Paid Social and SEO.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with a clear focus on ROI and performance outcomes.
