What you will do
- Lead the development of user‑facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, maintaining a robust and scalable design system.

- Collaborate directly with the founding team and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deploy production‑ready code in days.
The ideal candidate
- Has 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript and React, plus proficiency in Python.
- Demonstrates exceptional product intuition and a "design‑first" mindset, capable of making UI/UX decisions without a dedicated design function.
- Thrives in high‑ambiguity, fast‑paced startup settings and possesses the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
