Salary: £32k+ Pkg

We are currently seeking a Section Engineer to work for a main Civil Contractor who works across the UK specializing a variety of civil engineering sectors with a primary focus of Rail based projects. Role will be based in Swindon region with the candidate expected to travel intermittently to various project sites when required.
Project: Minor Works of SAF Frameworks for main client Network Rail
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce RAMS and/or ensure that the ones produced by subcontractors demonstrate and maintain safe systems of work and maintain environmental standards throughout the project.
- Ensure that the subcontractor contractual programmes are running on time and with out issue.
- Monitor the progress of work against programme and advise on acceleration measures to retrieve any lost time.
- Be pro-active in obtaining design information with required time-scales for production work.
- Ensure that all sub contractors and suppliers plans and procedures are compatible with the client’s obligations and responsibilities.
