We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Property & Liability team. The team work across complex property claims (including large‑scale first‑party losses), coverage issues, defended liability and indemnity matters, as well as subrogated recoveries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in defending liability claims, working closely with clients across both domestic and commercial matters. In addition, the role offers significant exposure to subrogated recovery actions across a broad range of non‑injury losses, including claims involving the application of warranties, conditions and exclusion clauses, incorporation of terms, and issues of misrepresentation and non‑disclosure. This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging matters within a collaborative and highly regarded practice.
