Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents.
- Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions.
- Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems.
- Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
