This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn all about agile delivery and join our team of talented individuals.
Supported by our Delivery Director and Delivery Managers, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day delivery of projects for both new and existing engagements, working alongside clients from a broad range of industries and sectors.
Responsibilities
- Use agile delivery processes to manage and deliver project work on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Work closely with the Resource Manager and the wider Delivery team to appropriately and efficiently resource projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and establish constructive relationships with clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our agile delivery processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of Delivery Management & Scrum, including achievement of Scrum Alliance certification.
- Learn and apply Scrum practices, including Definition of Sprint Ready and Definition of Done.
- Communicate effectively with team members across all departments and levels of seniority.
- Efficiently resource tasks and projects, considering skill set and interdependencies.
- Participate in group resource negotiations as part of scheduling sessions.
- Build strong relationships with clients: enter engagements with a positive mindset, capture and circulate actions, understand client goals, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities.
- Provide standard reporting and documentation as required.
- Work in a hybrid model, being based at our Hertford office at least two days per week, and traveling to client sites as necessary.
Mandatory Requirements
- Based in the UK, ideally within commuting distance of our Hertford office.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Must have a valid visa or work permit.
