This role seeks someone with experience in customer service and/or sales who wants to develop their career within the Insurance industry. You will be the voice the client’s trust, delivering confident, problem-solving, and exceptional service.
An exciting opportunity is available for an Insurance Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the commitment to excellence. You’ll work closely with clients to support policy administration and client retention. You will process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional products and services to clients. There will be an opportunity to pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling and to be able to introduce the full suite of products.
