Great things are happening in the Europe and Australia (EUAU) region. Each day, our 2,500 plus colleagues bring their passion to our offices, manufacturing sites, R&D center, and commercial/distributor markets across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. We are energized by over 150 years of bringing people together with the food they love. With beloved brands Old El Paso, Häagen‑Dazs, Nature Valley, Betty Crocker, Fibre One, Latina Fresh and more, we are on a mission to become the undisputed growth leader in food for EUAU. In a world that's ever‑changing, we look to stay ahead and seek people who share our love of food and are hungry to shape the future.

About the role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with our DACH markets – the most strategically important region within our Northern Europe cluster.

In this high‑impact role, you’ll act as a true co‑pilot to Market Managers, driving financial performance and shaping growth strategy in line with General Mills’ International ambitions. You’ll support the delivery of market commitments through robust analysis, proactive insight, and clear recommendations – identifying opportunities, constructively challenging assumptions, and aligning decisions to both local priorities and global strategy.

You’ll also lead the monthly business cycle (PEAK process), ensuring strong performance tracking, forecasting accuracy, and financial discipline across the region.

What your role is

What you will bring to the team

You’re a qualified accountant (CIMA, CA or equivalent) with 4+ years’ post‑qualified experience, ideally gained within a multinational FMCG or commercial environment.

You’re proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven, with first‑class analytical skills and strong financial systems capability (Excel, SAP, Business Objects). You’re comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organisations and can confidently challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.

You communicate clearly and persuasively – both in writing and verbally – and build strong relationships, even when working remotely across markets. German language skills are highly valued.

Above all, you bring integrity, curiosity, and a passion for delivering high‑quality outcomes as part of a collaborative, performance‑focused team.
