Key Responsibilities
As Estate Manager, you will:
- Work with tenants, land‑use specialists, conservation teams, and other partners to deliver progressive, sustainable estate management
- Advise the wider property team on land-use matters and contribute to strategic decision‑making
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, maintaining strong, positive relationships
- Manage the estate professionally and proactively, ensuring delivery against environmental, conservation, and climate‑related goals
- Play a key role in the leadership team for the portfolio
About You

- Strong knowledge of land use, agriculture, land and asset management, conservation, environmental issues, and sustainable development
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing projects
- A solutions‑driven approach with the ability to turn strategy into delivery
- An understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to upland farming
