Legal Consultant - Insurance

We are looking for an Insurance Lawyer who appreciates the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer.

The ideal candidate will have transactional experience in the insurance sector, whether in private practice or in-house as well as:

• Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts including insurance distribution agreements
• Advising on a broad range of insurance areas such major distribution deals, transfers of insurance business and product reviews
• Corporate M&A and/or procurement/outsourcing experience, regulatory and restructuring work in relation to the insurance sector
• Experience of dispute resolution would also be considered
• 5+PQE

In order to meet the demands of the projects given by our clients you will also need to demonstrate the following:

• Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background
• Flexible, communicative and adaptable
• Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
• Able to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
