We're looking for someone to take full ownership of a Tipalti-led AP function across a multi-entity real estate business going through serious growth and system investment.
This is not a processing role - it's ownership, control, and improvement.
The role
- Own the Tipalti function - approvals, supplier onboarding, query management
- Run weekly payment cycles across multiple entities
- Manage Tipalti to Sage 50 integrations
- Lead reconciliations across systems and bank accounts
- Support intercompany, journals, and audit processes
- Drive improvements across systems, controls, and workflows
What actually matters
- Strong, hands on Tipalti experience (non negotiable)
- Experience running AP across multiple entities
- Comfortable in a systems driven, automated environment
- Able to operate independently and take ownership
