STAFF NURSE - NIGHTS

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse - Nights, to join our clients team within their specialist nursing service near Worcester. There is a full time and a part time post currently available within this specialist service.

The nursing service can accommodate residents from the age of 18 upwards with Functional Mental health conditions (not dementia) that require rehabilitation or have long term care needs. It can also accommodate people with acquired brain injuries, Huntington’s and physical health conditions.

Applications from Staff Nurses from different specialisms with varied levels of experience are welcomed as we feel this aids the Nursing team to provide cohesive individualised tailored care which enables the residents to be as independent as possible.

Staff Nurse - Nights - Responsibilities

• Organising and leading the team of support workers to provide a high standard of care and therapeutic activities
• Administration of medications and assessment of support staff training to administer medications. Delivering supervisions
• Primary Nursing, care planning and risk assessment, liaising with outside agencies and families
• Chairing and attending MDT meetings and review meetings.
• Supporting staff through training and assessment.
