An exciting opportunity has become available for a band 6 Specialist Nurse to join an enthusiastic, forward‑thinking, multi‑disciplinary team within the Humber Centre Ouse Ward, a 14‑bedded male unit where all patients are detained under the Mental Health Act.
As a Specialist Nurse, you will be an integral part of the multi‑disciplinary team, providing high‑level specialist care and working towards a trauma‑informed model of care. You will also support the management team in implementing clinical and operational policy, protocol, and service development.
You will receive a comprehensive induction into the Trust and the team, and a bespoke training passport tailored for all Humber Centre staff. Staff well‑being and support are a priority, with systems such as regular clinical and managerial supervision, weekly reflective practice, and team discussions after all shifts.
