As a General Manager, your focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person‑centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, while meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets. You will be responsible for the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff, as well as ensuring safe staffing levels and managing costs within budgetary controls.
