The Growth Marketing Manager will own and optimise the entire digital conversion journey.

Role Highlights

• Drive website optimisation through testing and UX improvements
• Manage paid media performance across search and social to maximise return on spend
• Own CRM and email lifecycle, building automated journeys and nurture campaigns
• Lead SEO and emerging AI search strategies to boost visibility and traffic
• Build analytics frameworks, attribution models, and performance dashboards

You Will Need

• Proven experience in performance or growth marketing roles
• Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, and digital user journeys
• Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and CRM platforms
• Analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions
• Interest in AI tools and their application within marketing workflows
