Qualifications
- 3+ years in a digital paid ads role
- Accountability for SMM, PPC, SEO, SEM, and Affiliates
- Reporting, Dashboard development, and maintenance
- People Management capabilities and experience of leading a teamWorking cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
Day-to-day
- Manage and optimize paid social strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and social platforms
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Monitor and analyze key digital marketing metrics
