Performance Marketing Manager - Luxury Fashion

This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a disruptor in the Luxury Fashion space. The brand exploded onto the scene with its bold designs and boundary-pushing concepts and has become a globally recognised name over the years!
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team and be the driving force behind their digital presence.
About the Role:
- Oversee and manage their marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions for the websites.
- Manage their global marketing budget and activities.
- Spearhead their PPC efforts, working closely with their external agencies to drive ROI and optimise campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, affiliate marketing, paid social, and cart recovery initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on seasonal campaigns, new product launches etc.
- Manage relationships and be the key point of contact for external agencies.
- Explore and test new marketing channels to drive growth.
- Directly manage the Performance Marketing Coordinator.
About You:
- +5 years experience working in performance marketing across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and Email.
- Previous experience working client side is essential.
- Strong agency management skills.
- Passionate about the Luxury Fashion space.
- Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Highly analytical and comfortable managing high volumes of data for insights and analysis.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A secondary language would be a bonus!
