We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Community & Corporate Fundraising Officer to support income generation through community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and events. As a Community & Corporate Fundraising Officer you will build strong stakeholder relationships, develop fundraising campaigns, and support supporter engagement initiatives to achieve income targets. Working closely with internal teams, the Community & Corporate Fundraising Officer will help deliver fundraising events, manage records, and ensure compliance with data protection and fundraising regulations. DUTIES
- Deliver Fundraising Activity: Plan and deliver community and corporate fundraising initiatives in line with income targets
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with corporate supporters, community groups, and individuals
- Identify Opportunities: Research and develop new fundraising opportunities, campaigns, and partnerships
- Support Events: Assist in organising and delivering fundraising events and supporter-led activities
- Collaborate Internally: Work with marketing and communications teams to promote campaigns and increase engagement
- Maintain Records: Accurately record fundraising income, supporter data, and engagement activity
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to fundraising regulations, GDPR, and organisational policies
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in fundraising, income generation, or supporter engagement
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Experience with event planning or campaign delivery
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills, including CRM or database systems
- Understanding of ethical fundraising, confidentiality, and data protection
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
