The Role
Field-based service engineer working on tripods, gates, turnstiles and revolving doors. Duties include reactive repairs, PPMs, parts replacement, and occasional minor installs.
Hours & Pay
- 42.5-hour week (8.5-hour day + 30 min lunch)
- Paid door-to-door
- Overtime (after 9 hours) at 1.5x
- Variable days (8+ hours)
- Early starts required at times
Call‑Out
- 1 in 4 rota
- All call-out work paid at 1.5x door-to-door
Package
- Company van (personal use optional) + fuel card
- PPE, tools, PDA, and IT equipment provided
- £500 expenses + Screwfix card
- Full training + additional certifications (CCNSG, SSSTS)
Requirements
- Field service/engineering experience
- Strong fault‑finding skills
- Flexible and reliable
