Join our team as a Drainage Jetting Engineer and keep things flowing!
Responsibilities
- Operating independently or as part of a team to perform and deliver services to all customers of the Company, including tank and line testing, VR testing and tank dewatering. Onsite training will be provided.
- Respond and react to call outs for critical issues.
- Satisfy the duties of a site supervisor/lead operative when occasioned, attending site briefings as a company representative and, on occasion, acting as team leader.
- Carry out near miss and potential incident reporting. In-house training will be provided.
- Liaise with customers on site to discuss ongoing works and further services of the Company.
- Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure all equipment, tools, PPE and other work items are in good order and repair, and available for use at all times; inform supervision as soon as any damage is identified.
- Complete all works in a timely manner, including all paperwork and submission to divisional supervision.
- Liaise with supervision regarding all works and recommend improvements or opportunities.
- Perform any other duties for which you are qualified and capable.
Qualifications
- Must possess a full clean UK driving licence, categories to operate company vehicles up to 3.5 tonne.
- Experience working on and around petrol forecourts.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
- Previous knowledge and experience completing RAMS documentation (advantageous).
- Willingness to undertake any additional training to increase capabilities in supplying services to customers.
