Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Manufacturing team as a Graduate Production Engineer. The role supports the development of the CyP Manufacturing facilities and productivity requirements, develops and optimises the manufacturing processes of the CyP plant using a continuous improvement strategy through BPS (Bosch Production Systems), and continually drives and supports a quality culture throughout the manufacturing environment, ensuring that all new products and processes are introduced on time, efficiently, and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of CyP Manufacturing facilities and productivity requirements.
- Develop and optimise manufacturing processes of the CyP plant using BPS.
- Drive and support a quality culture throughout the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure new products and processes are introduced on time, efficiently, and effectively.
Qualifications
- Qualified engineer (HND or above).
- Knowledgeable in problem‑solving methodology (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5Whys).
- Knowledgeable of lean manufacturing techniques (e.g. pull system, just‑in‑time, waste elimination).
- Engineering knowledge on manufacturing/assembly processes such as joining techniques, stamping process, copper pipe production and machining.
- Project management skills – Microsoft Project knowledge preferred.
- Innovation and openness to new ideas.
- Result‑oriented working style and ability to solve problems.
- Driven and able to work autonomously.
- Team‑working attitude.
- Excellent communication, influencing and coaching (mentoring) skills.

Working Hours
39 hours per week – standard pattern: 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break; 07:00 – 12:00 Friday.
