Are you an experienced team leader or manager from a manufacturing or installation background, looking for a senior level position within a large manufacturing company? The role would suit a leader with a strong technical customer service and/or projects background.

Full time, permanent office based role for a large manufacturing company. Responsible for the customer service and project team (team of 6). Oversee the successful delivery of customer orders, focused on excellent customer service and successful project delivery. Hands on tasks dealing with escalated issues and with a high amount of customer liaison (mainly on teams but occasionally in the office).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6 within post‑order customer service and installation projects.
• Oversee the successful delivery of customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service and project delivery.
• Handle hands‑on tasks dealing with escalated issues and maintain high levels of customer liaison, primarily on Teams, occasionally in the office.

Qualifications

• Working background in manufacturing or construction/installation.
• Experience leading a small team.
• Experience in a senior customer services and/or project‑based position.
• Strong IT literacy and a UK driving licence.
