We are currently recruiting in collaboration with leading UK Telecom providers for a Trainee Water Jetting Engineer / 7.5 Tonne Driver to support large-scale duct de-silting contracts throughout the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term career progression. You will work alongside a fully trained Water Jetting Engineer and receive full training through our in-house training school team.

Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence with 7.5 tonne entitlement (C1)
- Valid CPC (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle
- Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Basic maths skills (fuel, distance, scheduling)
- Must live local to / be able to commute to Northampton
- Must be willing to work a mixture of day and night shifts
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work away when required
- Must be willing to work away Mon-Friday on occasion
- Good spoken and written English
Working Hours
- 9-10 hour shifts average
- Monday to Friday
- Night shifts included
- Overtime available
- Weekend availability may be required
Pay & Benefits
- Competitive pay: £39,000 - £47,000 per year
- Overtime available
- Working away bonus paid per day
- Quarterly bonus after 1 year of service
