Our Client are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Consultant to join their growing team at our Birmingham office. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on the CRM system
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts where necessary
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term relationships
- Comfortable working to targets in a KPI-driven environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
