Alexander James Recruiting is looking to expand with the addition of a new Recruitment Consultant at our office in central Worcester to focus on a sales recruitment desk within Construction & Commercial Vehicles. A specialist within specific niche sectors in the sales & technical/engineering arena, we require an individual with a strong desire to be part of a long-term growth plan which comes with great earning potential along with several other benefits. Running and developing a desk you will be focused will benefit from a strong commission scheme.

We’re looking for an individual who is prepared to work hard to grow a fairly new desk within Construction (plant, access, & cranes) & Commercial Vehicles. You will be well supported by our Managing Director who will assist you in driving new business & training but you will ultimately be responsible for finding new jobs/customer’s and placing candidates. Our company requires an individual who is investable and who desires a position with strong long-term prospects as well as short & long term earning potential.
