Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters as well as some commercial property transactions.
- Oversee residential property deals from instruction through to completion, handle various commercial property matters, and act for property investors and developers across the country.
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial property.
- Have strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
