Bilingual Linguistic Consultant (Japanese/English)

We are looking for a Bilingual Linguistic Consultant (Japanese/English) to join our team to train AI models, measure AI chatbot progress, evaluate logic, and solve problems to improve quality.

In this role you will need to hold an expert level of linguistics. You will have conversations in both Japanese and English with chatbots to measure their progress and write novel conversations to teach them what to say.

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
