Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Generating leads and building interest through proactive outreach in your territory
- Engaging with local communities to showcase the benefits of our full fibre broadband and how it can transform their home or business
- Conducting in‑home or in‑business broadband consultations and upselling where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that build trust and wow potential customers
- Representing the company at local events and networking opportunities
- Becoming a true product expert (full training provided)
- Consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering key performance indicators
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and local partners
Qualifications
- Experience in roles such as Sales Executive, Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or any customer‑facing sales position (retail or utilities experience welcome)
- Enjoyment of direct selling and finding the right solutions for customers
- Confident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability
- Comfortable working door‑to‑door and independently in the field
- Positive, ambitious attitude and passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own car (business mileage reimbursed)
- Previous field or door‑to‑door sales experience advantageous but not essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided
