Our client, an exciting and rapidly growing luxury Direct-to-Consumer start up, is looking for an experienced DTC Senior Sales Manager to drive international expansion and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships to expand market reach
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise sales strategies and improve performance
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Represent at pop ups, industry events, trade shows to promote band awareness
Qualifications
- A proven background in at least one high growth Direct to Consumer start up
- Solid track record in sales leadership roles, preferably within the luxury or premium industry
- International experience
- Strong understanding of D2C and digital marketing strategies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions
- Proven experience managing a high performing team
