Business Development Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £50,000 basic + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity

You’ll be trusted to build your own pipeline, convert opportunities into customers, and grow revenue through smart, consultative sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively generating new business and building a strong sales pipeline
- Converting leads into profitable, long-term customers
- Meeting clients virtually, over the phone, and face to face
- Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in business development or sales (logistics or similar sectors preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- A self‑starter mindset with the drive to exceed targets
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
