Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Location - Crewe
Salary - £33,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
Richard Abson Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist on behalf of a well-established, multi-brand main dealer in Crewe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing dealership that offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and real career progression within a respected dealer group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Providing updates on vehicle progress and work carried out
- Advising on repairs, maintenance, and additional services
- Upselling service plans and additional work
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident upselling and delivering against targets
- Experience using Kerridge and/or 1Link (preferred but not essential)
- Professional, organised, and team-focused
Salary & Benefits:
- £33,000 basic salary
- Uncapped bonus (OTE £40,000+)
- Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday mornings on a rota
- Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
