Teaching Personnel is seeking a resilient and dedicated SEN Learning Support to join a specialist day school in Newport, supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism and associated learning difficulties. This is a rewarding, hands‑on role providing 1:1 or group support to pupils, helping them develop academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviourally.
The ideal candidate is patient, adaptable, and confident in building positive relationships. You should be able to stay calm under pressure and use effective strategies to manage challenging situations.
Flexibility is essential, as you will be working with pupils across a wide range of ages and abilities. Your resilience and positive approach will help create a safe, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
