We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader at the busy Tewkesbury Distribution site. An excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take the next steps in their career.

Location: Tewkesbury

Salary: £13.50 p/h

Contract: Temp-perm

Hours of Work:

Five days per week across Monday-Saturday. Where a Saturday is worked a day off in the week is given.

Start time: 06:00,07:00, 08:00, 09:00 on a rotational shift pattern.

Key duties will include:

• Lead and guide a large team responsible for the receipt, picking and returns of dairy and associated products.
• Control all movement of stock and checking of codes against tickets.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the Chilled Warehouse is maintained at all times providing a safe working environment.
• Supervise the safe loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, overseeing day to day operations.
• Support and monitor team performance, encouraging them to do their job to the best of their ability.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Provide support for the Chilled Warehouse Supervisor, covering days off and holidays.
