Bodyshop Advisor – BMW Solihull
Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bodyshop Advisor to join our bodyshop team at BMW Solihull. The role is full‑time (8 am‑6 pm Monday‑Friday) and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the Bodyshop Team in productivity and efficiency, and managing both internal and external customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Support the Bodyshop team to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Handle and communicate with customers, both internal and external, ensuring their needs are met.
- Negotiate authorisations over the telephone and manage insurance claims related to bodyshop work.
- Ensure the workshop environment is safe, friendly and clean.
Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of bodyshop operations and insurance claims – preferably a similar role in the motor industry.
- Familiarity with Audatex operations and VDA accreditation.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Sales‑focused mindset with a forward‑thinking, people‑oriented approach.
