What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in delivery, candidate management, or recruitment resourcing
- Tech, software sales, GTM, or wider recruitment market experience is beneficial
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live processes
- Ambitious, proactive, and excited by high-growth environments
