Job Description

Distributor and Sales Manager required for a market‑leading engineering company at the forefront of technology, with over 35 years of experience.

Ideal for an experienced Sales Manager or Distributor Manager with a technical industry background such as biotechnology or brewing, and international sales experience working with distributors.

The successful candidate will develop and grow the company’s distribution network in the Asia‑Pacific region, managing existing distributor relationships and maximizing the company’s presence to increase sales.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage sales pipeline
• Develop existing relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Travel internationally 30‑35% of the time

Qualifications

• Experienced sales or distributor manager
• Experience in a technical industry – bioprocessing, biotechnology or brewing
• International sales experience
